Mustadrak Al Hakim 4799
Abu Hazim narrated, “I was present at the time of the death of Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them). I saw Husain bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them) grab Sa'id bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) by the neck and push him, saying, ‘Move forward (to lead the funeral prayer).’ And he said to him, ‘If it were not for the Sunnah, I would not have made you move forward (to lead the prayer).’ (There were some disagreements between Husain and him. When the funeral prayer was finished) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, ‘Are you being stingy with the soil for the burial of the progeny of your Prophet? I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say, “Whoever loves these two (Hasan and Husain) has loved me, and whoever hates them, hates me.”’” **This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.**
" ابوحازم بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں حضرت حسن بن علی رضی اللہ عنہما کی وفات کے وقت وہاں موجود تھا میں نے دیکھا کہ حضرت حسین بن علی رضی اللہ عنہما نے حضرت سعید بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ کو گردن سے پکڑ کر دھکا دے کر کہا : ( نماز جنازہ پڑھانے کے لئے ) آگے ہو جاؤ ، اور ان سے کہا : اگر یہ سنت نہ ہوتی تو میں تمہیں ( جنازہ پڑھانے کے لئے ) آگے نہ کرتا ( حضرت حسین اور ان کے درمیان کچھ اختلافات تھے ، جب نماز جنازہ سے فارغ ہو چکے تو ) حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : تم اپنے نبی کی اولاد کے بارے میں تدفین کے لئے مٹی کا بخل کر رہے ہو ، میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے سنا ہے ’’ جس نے ان دونوں ( حسن اور حسین ) سے محبت کی اس نے مجھ سے محبت کی اور جس نے ان سے بغض رکھا اس نے مجھ سے بغض رکھا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
AbuHazim bayan karte hain ki main Hazrat Hasan bin Ali ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ki wafat ke waqt wahan mojood tha maine dekha ki Hazrat Hussain bin Ali ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne Hazrat Saeed bin alAas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko gardan se pakar kar dhakka de kar kaha: (namaz janaza parhane ke liye) aage ho jao, aur unse kaha: agar yeh sunnat na hoti to main tumhen (janaza parhane ke liye) aage na karta (Hazrat Hussain aur unke darmiyan kuch ikhtilafath the, jab namaz janaza se farigh ho chuke to) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: tum apne Nabi ki aulaad ke bare mein tadfeen ke liye mitti ka bukhl kar rahe ho, maine Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate suna hai ''jisne in donon (Hasan aur Hussain) se muhabbat ki usne mujhse muhabbat ki aur jisne inse bughz rakha usne mujhse bughz rakha. ** yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rahimahullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rahimahullah alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ يَقُولُ: إِنِّي لَشَاهِدٌ يَوْمَ مَاتَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فَرَأَيْتُ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ يَقُولُ لِسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ وَيَطْعَنُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَيَقُولُ: تَقَدَّمْ فَلَوْلَا أَنَّهَا سُنَّةٌ مَا قَدَّمْتُكَ وَكَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ شَيْءٌ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: أَتَنْفُسُونَ عَلَى ابْنِ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتُرْبَةٍ تَدْفِنُونَهُ فِيهَا وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ أَحَبَّهُمَا فَقَدْ أَحَبَّنِي وَمَنْ أَبْغَضَهُمَا فَقَدْ أَبْغَضَنِي» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4799 - صحيح
