Mustadrak Al Hakim 548
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about performing Wudu (ablution) after Ghusl (ritual bath). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "What Wudu is better than Ghusl?" Imam Hakim (may Allah have mercy on him) states: Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Buzay' is 'Thiqah' (trustworthy). All the other narrators who have narrated this Hadith have narrated it as Mawqoof (a statement or action attributed to a companion of the Prophet).
" حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : حضور ﷺ سے غسل کے بعد وضو کے متعلق مسئلہ پوچھا گیا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : غسل سے بہتر کون سا وضو ہے ؟ امام حاکم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں : محمد بن عبداللہ بن بزیع ’’ ثقہ ‘‘ ہیں ۔ ان کے علاوہ جن راویوں نے بھی یہ حدیث نقل کی ہے انہوں نے اسے موقوف رکھا ہے ۔ "
Hazrat Ibn Umar RA farmate hain : Huzoor ﷺ se ghusl ke bad wazu ke mutaliq masla pucha gaya to aap ﷺ ne farmaya : ghusl se behtar konsa wazu hai ? Imam Hakim RA farmate hain : Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Buzayee 'Siqah' hain . Un ke ilawa jin rawiyon ne bhi ye hadees naqal ki hai unhon ne ise mauqoof rakha hai .
حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْوُضُوءِ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ، فَقَالَ: «وَأَيُّ وُضُوءٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الْغُسْلِ؟» . قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ: «مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ ثِقَةٌ، وَقَدْ أَوْقَفَهُ غَيْرُهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 548 - ابن بزيع ثقة وأوقفه غيره
