Mustadrak Al Hakim 5563
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Do not speak ill of my companions, for whoever abuses them is worthy of death. ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but it was not narrated by Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) nor Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him).
" حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ کے حواریوں کو برا بھلا مت کہا کرو ، کیونکہ ان کو ستانے والا واجب القتل ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں نے ہی اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA farmate hain : Rasool Allah SAW ke hawariyon ko bura bhala mat kaha karo, kyunki un ko satane wala wajib ul qatl hai. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih dono ne hi is ko naqal nahi kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَنْبَسِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، ثَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «لَا تَسُبُّوا حَوَارِيَّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِنَّ كَفَّارَتَهُمُ الْقَتْلُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 5563 - على شرط مسلم
