Abdul Rahman bin Shamma narrated: Amr bin Al-'Aas (May Allah be pleased with him) was short in stature.
عبدالرحمن بن شماسہ فرماتے ہیں : حضرت عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہ کوتاہ قد تھے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ، قَالَ: «كَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِ قَصِيرًا دَحْدَاحًا»
