Mustadrak Al Hakim 6171
It is narrated about Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm that he was sitting in a gathering in which Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) was narrating the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Some of the people in that gathering recognized the hadith and some did not, yet he narrated the same hadith multiple times in that gathering. On that day, I became certain that Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) had memorized the most hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
محمد بن عمرو بن حزم کے بارے میں مروی ہے کہ وہ ایک مجلس میں بیٹھے تھے اس مجلس میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ لوگوں کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی احادیث بیان کر رہے تھے ، ان لوگوں میں سے کچھ لوگ اس حدیث کو پہچانتے تھے اور کچھ لوگ نہیں پہچانتے تھے ، حتیٰ کہ انہوں نے اسی مجلس میں وہ حدیث کئی مرتبہ سنائی ۔ مجھے اس دن یقین ہو گیا کہ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو سب سے زیادہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی احادیث یاد تھیں ۔
Muhammad bin Amro bin Hazm ke bare mein marvi hai ke woh aik majlis mein baithe thay is majlis mein Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu logon ko Rasul Allah ﷺ ki ahadees bayan kar rahe thay, un logon mein se kuch log is hadees ko pehchante thay aur kuch log nahin pehchante thay, hatta ke unhon ne isi majlis mein woh hadees kai martaba sunaayi. Mujhe is din yaqeen ho gaya ke Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu ko sab se ziada Rasul Allah ﷺ ki ahadees yaad thin.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، «أَنَّهُ قَعَدَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ فِيهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُنْكِرُهُ بَعْضُهُمْ، وَيَعْرِفُهُ الْبَعْضُ حَتَّى فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ مِرَارًا، فَعَرَفْتُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَحْفَظَ النَّاسِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
