Mustadrak Al Hakim 6797
It is narrated on the authority of Ummul Mu'minin Maimunah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married her while he was not in the state of Ihram and spent the wedding night with her while he was not in the state of Ihram. He spent the wedding night with her at a place called "Saraf" and passed away at the same place in "Saraf" where he had spent the wedding night. She is my maternal aunt. Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) and I lowered her into the grave. When we were placing her in the grave, her head tilted. I gathered my shawl and placed it under her head. Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) took the shawl, threw it out, and placed a raw brick under her head. The narrator said: She had shaved her head during Hajj, and her hair was very thick. The distance between Makkah and "Saraf" is twelve miles. This Hadith is Sahih according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him). However, the two Shaykhs (may Allah have mercy on them both) did not narrate it. Nevertheless, they have narrated it with another Sahih chain that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married her while he was not in the state of Ihram, while the narrations that 'Ikrimah narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) prove that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married Maimunah (may Allah be pleased with her) while he was in the state of Ihram.
ام المومنین حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ان سے غیر محرم حالت میں نکاح کیا اور غیر محرم حالت میں ہی شب عروسی گزاری ، مقام ’’ سرف ‘‘ میں ان کے ساتھ شب عروسی گزاری ، اور مقام ’’ سرف ‘‘ میں جس مقام پر شب عروسی گزاری تھی ، اسی مقام پر ان کا انتقال ہوا ۔ آپ رشتے میں میں خالہ لگتی ہیں ، ان کو لحد میں ، میں نے اور عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے اتارا تھا ، جب ہم ان کو لحد میں رکھنے لگے تو ان کا سر جھک گیا ، میں نے اپنی چادر اکٹھی کر کے ان کے سر کے نیچے رکھ دی ، عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے وہ چادر پکڑ کر باہر پھینک دی ، اور ان کے سر کے نیچے کچی اینٹ رکھ دی ۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : حج کے دوران انہوں نے حلق کروایا تھا اور ان کے سر کے بال بہت گھنے تھے ۔ مکہ اور ’’ سرف ‘‘ کے درمیان بارہ میل کی مسافت ہے ۔ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے ۔ لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ البتہ ( ایک دوسری ) سند صحیح کے ہمراہ بیان کیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے غیر احرام کی حالت میں ان سے شادی کی تھی ، جبکہ عکرمہ نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے جو روایات بیان کی ہیں ان سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ساتھ حالت احرام میں شادی کی ۔
Umm ul Momineen Hazrat Maimoona Raziallahu Anha se marvi hai keh Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unse ghair mehram halat mein nikah kiya aur ghair mehram halat mein hi shab e uroosi guzari, maqam 'Saraf' mein unke saath shab e uroosi guzari, aur maqam 'Saraf' mein jis maqam per shab e uroosi guzari thi usi maqam per unka inteqal hua. Aap rishte mein meri khala lagti hain, unko lahad mein maine aur Abdullah bin Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma ne utara tha, jab hum unko lahad mein rakhne lage to unka sar jhuk gaya, maine apni chadar ikatthi kar ke unke sar ke neeche rakh di, Abdullah bin Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma ne woh chadar pakar kar bahar phenk di, aur unke sar ke neeche kachchi eent rakh di. Ravi kehte hain: Hajj ke doran unhon ne halq karwaya tha aur unke sar ke baal bahut ghane thay. Makkah aur 'Saraf' ke darmiyaan barah meel ki musafat hai. Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai. Lekin Sheikhain Rehmatullah Alaihema ne isko naqal nahin kiya. Albatta (ek doosri) sanad sahih ke hamraah bayaan kiya hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghair ehram ki halat mein unse shaadi ki thi, jab keh Akrama ne Ibn Abbas Raziallahu Anhuma se jo riwayat bayaan ki hain unse sabit hota hai ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hazrat Maimoona Raziallahu Anha ke saath halat e ehram mein shaadi ki.
حَدَّثَنَا بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْتُهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، ثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا فَزَارَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا، وَبَنَى بِهَا حَلَالًا، بَنَى بِهَا بِسَرِفٍ، وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفٍ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الَّتِي بَنَى فِيهَا، وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي فَنَزَلْتُ فِي قَبْرِهَا أَنَا وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَلَمَّا وَضَعْنَاهَا فِي اللَّحْدِ مَالَ رَأْسُهَا، فَأَخَذْتُ رِدَائِي فَجَمَعْتُهُ فَوَضَعْتُهُ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهَا، فَأَخَذَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَرَمَى بِهِ وَوَضَعَ عِنْدَ رَأْسِهَا كَذَّانَةً» قَالَ: «وَكَانَتْ حَلَقَتْ فِي الْحَجِّ وَكَانَ رَأْسُهَا مُجَمَّمًا وَبَيْنَ سَرِفٍ وَمَكَّةَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ مِيلًا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَقَدِ انْطَلَقَ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادُ الصَّحِيحُ بِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا فَأَمَّا أَخْبَارُ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَإِنَّهَا نَاطِقَةٌ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ»
