Mention of the Prophet ﷺ's aunts, daughters of Abdul Muttalib and nieces of the Prophet ﷺ And mention of other relatives of the Prophet ﷺ, among them his aunt Safiyyah bint Abdul Muttalib, who is the sister of Hazrat Hamzah and the mother of Hazrat Zubayr

Saeed bin Kathir bin Afeer narrates: The demise of Zubair bin Awwam (R.A.)'s mother, " Safiyyah bint Abdul Muttalib (R.A.)", occurred in 20 AH. She was 73 years old. Umar (R.A.) led her funeral prayer, and she was laid to rest in Jannat al-Baqi.
سعید بن کثیر بن عفیر فرماتے ہیں : حضرت زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہ کی والدہ ’’ حضرت صفیہ بنت عبدالمطلب رضی اللہ عنہا ‘‘ کا وصال 20 ہجری کو ہوا ، ان کی عمر 73 برس تھی ، حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان کی نماز جنازہ پڑھائی اور جنت البقیع میں ان کو دفن کیا گیا ۔
Saeed bin Kaseer bin Afeer farmate hain : Hazrat Zubair bin Awam Radi Allaho Anho ki walida '' Hazrat Safiyyah bint Abdul Muttalib Radi Allaho Anha '' ka wisal 20 Hijri ko hua, un ki umar 73 baras thi, Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Anho ne un ki namaz janaza padhai aur Jannat ul Baqee mein un ko dafan kya gaya.
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُظَفَّرٍ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو سُفْيَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْعُتْبِيُّ بِمِصْرَ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ: «تُوُفِّيَتْ صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ أُمُّ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ سَنَةَ عِشْرِينَ وَهِيَ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَتْ بِنْتُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسَبْعِينَ، وَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَدَفَنَهَا بِالْبَقِيعِ»
