Mustadrak Al Hakim 7517
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about the verses, "By the dawn, and ten nights, and the even and the odd," that the ten nights refer to the first ten nights of Dhul-Hijjah, "al-Witr" refers to the Day of Arafah, and "al-Shaf' " refers to the Day of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha). ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (al-Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it.
" حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے وَالْفَجْرِ وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوِتْرِ کے بارے میں فرمایا : اس میں دس راتوں سے مراد ذی الحج کی پہلی دس راتیں ہیں اور ’’ وتر ‘‘ سے مراد عرفہ کا دن ہے اور ’’ شفع ‘‘ سے مراد قربانی کا دن ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah SAW ne wal Fajr wa layaalin ashr wash shaf'i wal witr ke bare mein farmaya: Is mein das raaton se murad Zul Hijjah ki pehli das raaten hain aur 'witr' se murad Arafah ka din hai aur 'shaf'i' se murad qurbani ka din hai. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheykhain ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، بِالْكُوفَةِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي خَيْرُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: {وَالْفَجْرِ وَلِيَالٍ عَشْرٍ} [الفجر: 1] «عَشْرُ الْأُضْحِيَّةِ وَالْوِتْرُ يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ وَالشَّفْعُ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ"" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7517 - على شرط مسلم
