Mustadrak Al Hakim 7582
Nabishah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "O Messenger of Allah, in the days of ignorance, we used to slaughter animals in the month of Rajab in the name of idols, so what do you command us regarding Rajab?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Slaughter for Allah in whichever month you want, you can give it in charity for Allah and you can also eat it. ** This hadith is Sahih-ul-Isnad but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have not narrated it.
" حضرت نبیشہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : ایک آدمی نے نبی اکرم ﷺ سے پوچھا : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ہم زمانہ جاہلیت میں ، رجب کے مہینے میں بتوں کے نام پر جانور ذبح کیا کرتے تھے ، اب آپ رجب کے بارے میں ہمیں کیا حکم دیتے ہیں ؟ حضور ﷺ نے فرمایا : اللہ کے لیے جس مہینہ میں چاہو ذبح کرو ، اللہ کے لیے اس کو صدقہ بھی کر سکتے ہو اور اس کو کھلا بھی سکتے ہو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Nabisha Radi Allaho Anhu farmate hain : Ek aadmi ne Nabi Akram Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam se poocha : Ya Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam hum zamanah jahiliyat mein, Rajab ke mahine mein buton ke naam par jaanwar zibah kia karte the, ab aap Rajab ke bare mein humain kya hukum dete hain ? Huzoor Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya : Allah ke liye jis mahine mein chaho zibah karo, Allah ke liye us ko sadqah bhi kar sakte ho aur us ko khila bhi sakte ho. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kia.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، أَنْبَأَ خَالِدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ نُبَيْشَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَعْتِرُ عَتِيرَةً فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَمِنْ رَجَبٍ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اذْبَحُوا لِلَّهِ فِي أَيِّ شَهْرٍ مَا كَانَ وَبَرُّوا لِلَّهِ وَأَطْعِمُوا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7582 - صحيح
