Mustadrak Al Hakim 7713
Saeed bin Abi Al-Hassan said: We were present to give testimony in a house. Abu Bakrah came to us. A man from the gathering got up for him. Abu Bakrah said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: No man should make another man get up from his place and sit in his place himself, and should not clean his hand with a cloth that is not his. ** This Hadith is Sahih Al-Isnad. Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have narrated the part about standing up, and have not narrated the part about the cloth.
" حضرت سعید بن ابی الحسن فرماتے ہیں : ہم ایک گھر میں گواہی دینے کے لیے موجود تھے ، حضرت ابوبکرہ ہمارے پاس آئے ، مجلس میں سے ایک آدمی ان کی جانب اٹھا ، حضرت ابوبکرہ نے کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : کوئی آدمی ، دوسرے کو اٹھا کر اس کی جگہ خود نہ بیٹھے ، اور اپنا ہاتھ اس کپڑے کے ساتھ صاف نہ کریں جو تمہارا نہیں ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے ۔ امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے قیام والی بات نقل کی ہے ، اور کپڑے والی بات نقل نہیں کی ۔"
Hazrat Saeed bin Abi Al Hassan farmate hain : hum aik ghar mein gawahi dene ke liye maujood thay, Hazrat Abu Bakr hamare pass aye, majlis mein se aik aadmi un ki janib utha, Hazrat Abu Bakr ne kaha : Rasul Allah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : koi aadmi, dusre ko utha kar us ki jaga khud na baithe, aur apna hath us kapre ke sath saaf na karen jo tumhara nahin hai. ** yeh hadees sahih al isnan hai. Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne qayam wali baat naqal ki hai, aur kapre wali baat naqal nahin ki.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْبَزَّارُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، مَوْلَى أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا فِي بَيْتٍ فِي شَهَادَةٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ عَنْ مَجْلِسِهِ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ وَلَا تَمْسَحْ يَدَكَ بِثَوْبِ مَنْ لَا تَمْلِكُ» قَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى حَدِيثِ الْقِيَامِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَا حَدِيثَ الثَّوْبِ وَهُوَ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7713 - صحيح
