Mustadrak Al Hakim 7995
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The wife of Saad bin Rabi (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, these two girls are the daughters of Saad bin Rabi. Their father was martyred with you in the Battle of Uhud. Their uncle has taken all their wealth and has not given anything to these girls." The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty will decide about it." Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: "On this occasion, the verses of inheritance were revealed. So, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) sent a message to their uncle and said: 'Give two-thirds of the wealth to the two daughters of Saad and one-eighth to their mother, and keep the rest yourself.'" ** This Hadith is Sahih-ul-Isnad (authentic in narration) but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : حضرت سعد بن ربیع کی بیوی رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس آئی اور کہنے لگی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ یہ دونوں لڑکیاں ، سعد بن ربیع کی بیٹیاں ہیں ، ان کا باپ آپ کے ہمراہ جہاد کرتا ہوا جنگ احد میں شہید ہو گیا تھا ، ان کے چچا نے ان کا سارا مال لے لیا ہے اور ان بچیوں کو کچھ بھی نہیں دیا ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : اس کا فیصلہ اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا ، حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : اس موقع پر میراث کی آیات نازل ہوئیں ، تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان لڑکیوں کے چچا کی جانب پیغام بھیجا اور فرمایا کہ سعد کی دونوں بیٹیوں کی دو تہائی اور ان کی ماں کو آٹھواں حصہ دے دو ، اور جو باقی بچے وہ خود رکھ لو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Jaber bin Abdullah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain : Hazrat Saad bin Rubai ki biwi Rasul Allah SAW ke pass aai aur kehne lagi : Ya Rasul Allah SAW ye donon ladkiyan, Saad bin Rubai ki betiyan hain, inka baap aapke humrah jihad karta hua jang uhud mein shaheed ho gaya tha, inke chacha ne inka sara maal le liya hai aur in bachchon ko kuchh bhi nahin diya, Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya : Iska faisla Allah ta'ala farmayega, Hazrat Jaber bin Abdullah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain : Is mauqe par miraas ki aayaten nazil hui, to Rasul Allah SAW ne in ladkiyon ke chacha ki jaanib paigham bheja aur farmaya ki Saad ki donon betiyon ki do tihai aur inki maan ko athwan hissa de do, aur jo baqi bache wo khud rakh lo. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَاتَانِ ابْنَتَا سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ قُتِلَ أَبُوهُمَا مَعَكَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ شَهِيدًا وَإِنَّ عَمَّهُمَا أَخَذَ مَالَهُمَا فَلَمْ يَدَعْ لَهُمَا مَالًا، فَقَالَ: «يَقْضِي اللَّهُ فِي ذَلِكَ» قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ فَأَرْسَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى عَمِّهِمَا فَقَالَ: «أَعْطِ ابْنَتَيْ سَعْدٍ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَأُمَّهُمَا الثُّمُنَ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لَكَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "
