Mustadrak Al Hakim 8109
It is narrated on the authority of Sahal bin Saad (may Allah be pleased with him), a companion of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that a man from the tribe of Aslam came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, “I have committed adultery with such and such woman.” (When the woman was questioned), she denied it. So the man was flogged (as a prescribed punishment), and the woman was left (unpunished). ** This hadith is Sahih al-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. Its supporting hadith is mentioned below. **
" رسول اللہ ﷺ کے صحابی ، حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ قبیلہ اسلم کا ایک آدمی نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا : میں نے فلاں عورت کے ساتھ زنا کیا ہے ، ( اس عورت سے پوچھا گیا تو ) اس نے انکار کر دیا ، چنانچہ اس آدمی کو حد لگا دی گئی اور عورت کو چھوڑ دیا گیا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اس کی شاہد حدیث درج ذیل ہے ۔"
Rasool Allah SAW ke sahabi, Hazrat Sahl bin Saad Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ke qabeela Aslam ka ek aadmi Nabi Akram SAW ke paas aaya aur kahne laga: mein ne falah aurat ke saath zina kya hai, (us aurat se poocha gaya to) usne inkar kar diya, chunancha us aadmi ko had laga di gayi aur aurat ko chhod diya gaya. ** Ye hadees Sahih al-Asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne isko naqal nahi kya. Iski shahid hadees darj zail hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ صَاحِبُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَسْلَمَ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ سَمَّاهَا وَأَنْكَرَتْ فَحَدَّهُ وَتَرْكَهَا» هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ صَحِيحٌ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ، وَشَاهِدُهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8109 - صحيح
