Mustadrak Al Hakim 8118
Amr bin Shuraid narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When a person drinks alcohol, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him. If he drinks it a third time, flog him. If he drinks it a fourth time, kill him." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on him, but the two Sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it. A hadith narrated by Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him).
" عمرو بن شرید اپنے والد کا یہ بیان نقل کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جب کوئی شراب پیئے تو اس کو کوڑے مارو ، دوبارہ پیئے تو پھر مارو ، تیسری بار پیئے تو پھر مارو ، چوتھی بار پیئے تو قتل کر دو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کی روایت کردہ حدیث"
Amr bin Shari apne walid ka yeh bayan naqal karte hain ke Nabi Akram SAW ne irshad farmaya: Jab koi sharaab piye to usko kore maro, dobara piye to phir maro, teesri baar piye to phir maro, chauthi baar piye to qatal kar do. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shekhan ne isko naqal nahin kiya. فَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا شَرِبَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8118 - على شرط مسلم
