Mustadrak Al Hakim 8150
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a thief was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who had stolen a sheet. The people testified, "O Messenger of Allah, this man has stolen." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I don't think he has stolen." The thief said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Take him away, cut off his hand, then cauterize it with fire (meaning, cauterize the wound to stop the bleeding), then bring him back to me." So his hand was cut off, then he was presented before the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him, "Repent to Allah Almighty." He said, "I repent to Allah Almighty." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "May Allah Almighty accept your repentance." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Shaykhs (Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim) did not narrate it. **
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بارگاہ میں ایک چور لایا گیا ، جس نے ایک چادر چوری کی تھی ، لوگوں نے گواہی دی کہ یا رسول اللہ ﷺ اس آدمی نے چوری کی ہے ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : مجھے نہیں لگتا کہ اس نے چوری کی ہو گی ، چور نے کہا : جی ہاں یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : اس کو لے جاؤ ، اس کے ہاتھ کاٹ دو ، پھر اس کو آگ سے داغ لگاؤ ( یعنی اس کی مرہم پٹی بھی کرو تاکہ اس کے خون کا بہاؤ رک جائے ) پھر اس کو میرے پاس لے آؤ ۔ چنانچہ اس کے ہاتھ کاٹ دیئے گئے ، پھر اس کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس پیش کیا گیا ، حضور ﷺ نے اس کو فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں توبہ کرو ، اس نے کہا : میں اللہ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں توبہ کرتا ہوں ، حضور ﷺ نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ تیری توبہ قبول فرمائے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki bargah mein ek chor laya gaya, jis ne ek chadar chori ki thi, logon ne gawahi di ki Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is aadmi ne chori ki hai, Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: mujhe nahi lagta ki us ne chori ki hogi, chor ne kaha: ji haan Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: is ko le jao, is ke hath kaat do, phir is ko aag se daag lagao (yani is ki marham patti bhi karo taki is ke khoon ka bahao ruk jaye) phir is ko mere paas le aao. Chunancha is ke hath kaat diye gaye, phir is ko Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas pesh kiya gaya, Hazoor (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is ko farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ki bargah mein tauba karo, us ne kaha: mein Allah Ta'ala ki bargah mein tauba karta hun, Hazoor (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala teri tauba qubool farmaye. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhain ne is ko naqal nahi kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ خُصَيْفَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِسَارِقٍ قَدْ سَرَقَ شَمْلَةً، فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هَذَا سَرَقَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا إِخَالُهُ سَرَقَ» فَقَالَ السَّارِقُ: بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اذْهَبُوا بِهِ فَاقْطَعُوهُ ثُمَّ احْسِمُوهُ ثُمَّ ايْتُونِي بِهِ» فَقُطِعَ ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِهِ، فَقَالَ: «تُبْ إِلَى اللَّهِ» فَقَالَ: تُبْتُ إِلَى اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ: «تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8150 - سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
