Mustadrak Al Hakim 8306
Abu Thalaba Khushni (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Allah Almighty will not leave this Ummah helpless for more than half a day." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them both) did not narrate it. The following Hadith bears witness to the aforementioned Hadith.
" حضرت ابوثعلبہ خشنی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ اس امت کو آدھے دن سے زیادہ دیر عاجز نہیں کرے گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ درج ذیل حدیث مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ۔"
Hazrat Abu Thalaba Khushni Razi Allah Anhu farmate hain keh Rasul Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Allah taala is ummat ko aadhe din se ziada dair aajiz nahin kare ga. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shaikhain rehmatullah alaihima ne isko naqal nahin kiya. Darj zail hadees mazkora hadees ki shahid hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ سَابِقٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيَّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «لَنْ يُعْجِزَ اللَّهَ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةُ مِنْ نِصْفِ يَوْمٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8306 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
