Mustadrak Al Hakim 8329
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The person deprived (of goodness) is the one who is deprived of the spoils of war of the tribe of Kalb, even if it is only a rope. And by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, allegiance will be taken from their women on the way to Damascus, and some of the women will be sent back because of the wounds on their shins." ** This hadith is Sahih Al-Isnad (authentic in its chain of narration) but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ مرفوعاً روایت کرتے ہیں کہ محروم وہ شخص ہے جو کلب کے مال غنیمت سے محروم رہا ، اگر چہ ایک رسی ہی ہو ، اور اس ذات کی قسم جس کے قبضہ قدرت میں میری جان ہے ، دمشق کے راستے میں ان کی عورتوں کی بیعت لی جائے گی ، حتی کہ ان کی پنڈلی پر لگے ہوئے زخم کی بناء پر بعض عورتوں کو واپس بھیج دیا جائے گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) marfoo'an riwayat karte hain ki mahroom wo shakhs hai jo kalb ke maal ghanimat se mahroom raha, agarche ek rassi hi ho, aur is zaat ki qasam jis ke qabza qudrat mein meri jaan hai, Dimashq ke raste mein un ki auraton ki bai'at li jayegi, hatta ke un ki pindi par lage hue zakhm ki bina par baaz auraton ko wapas bhej diya jayega. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، مَرْفُوعًا: «الْمَحْرُومُ مِنْ حُرِمَ غَنِيمَةَ كَلْبٍ وَلَوْ عِقَالًا، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَتُبَاعُنَّ نِسَاءَهُمْ عَلَى دَرَجِ دِمَشْقَ، حَتَّى تُرَدَّ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ كَسَرٍ يُوجَدُ بِسَاقَهَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8329 - صحيح
