Mustadrak Al Hakim 8599
Abu Bakra (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that during the battle of Jamal, I intended to participate in the battle and fight Jihad. Then I remembered this Hadith, which I had heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). It was brought to his attention that Chosroes or some other Persian king had died and the people had made a woman their ruler. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “That nation will never succeed who make a woman their ruler.” ** This Hadith has a sound chain of narrators but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not include it in their collections.
" حضرت ابوبكرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں كہ جنگ جمل کے موقع پر میں نے ارادہ كیا كہ میں بھی جنگ میں شریک ہو كر جہاد كروں ، پہر مجھے یہ حدیث یاد آ گئی جو كہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنی تھی ، آپ ﷺ كو یہ اطلاع ملی كہ كسریٰ یا كوئی دوسرا عجمی بادشاہ مر گیا ہے اور لوگوں نے ایک عورت كو اپنا بادشاہ بنا لیا ہے ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : وہ قوم كبھی کامیاب نہیں ہو سكتی ، جس نے اپنا بادشاہ کسی عورت کو بنا لیا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Bakra Razi Allah Anhu Farmaty Hain Ki Jung Jamal Ke Mauqe Par Maine Irada Kiya Ki Main Bhi Jung Main Shareek Ho Kar Jihad Karoon, Phir Mujhe Ye Hadees Yaad Aa Gai Jo Ki Maine Rasul Allah SAW Se Suni Thi, Aap SAW Ko Ye Ittila Mili Ki Kisra Ya Koi Dusra Ajmi Badshah Mar Gaya Hai Aur Logon Ne Ek Aurat Ko Apna Badshah Bana Liya Hai, Rasul Allah SAW Ne Farmaya: Woh Qaum Kabhi Kamyab Nahi Ho Sakti, Jisne Apna Badshah Kisi Aurat Ko Bana Liya. ** Ye Hadees Sahih Al Isnad Hai Lekin Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih Aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih Ne Isko Naqal Nahi Kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَكَّارُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ الْقَاضِي، بِمِصْرَ، ثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَوْفُ بْنُ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْجَمَلِ أَرَدْتُ أَنْ آتِيَهُمْ أُقَاتِلُ مَعَهُمْ، حَتَّى ذَكَرْتُ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ كِسْرَى أَوْ بَعْضَ مُلُوكِ الْأَعَاجِمِ مَاتَ فَوَلَّوْا أَمَرَهُمُ امْرَأَةً، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُفْلِحُ قَوْمٌ تَمْلِكُهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "
