Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the Day of Judgement, the Earth will be rolled up due to the Grandeur of Allah, and it will become only as much as a place for a person to place his foot. Then I will be called, and I will prostrate. Then I will be granted permission, and I will rise from prostration and say: 'O my Lord, this person told me (Gabriel, the Trustworthy, peace be upon him, will be standing on the right side of Allah at that time, and by Allah, I would not have seen him before that) that You sent him to me.' Gabriel, the Trustworthy, peace be upon him, will be standing completely silent and will not give any answer. Allah will say: 'He has told you the truth.' Then I will be granted permission for intercession, and I will say: 'O my Lord, Your servants used to worship You around the Earth, this is the Praiseworthy Station.'" ** This Hadith has a sound chain of narrators but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. And in narrating this Hadith from Zuhri, Yunus bin Yazid and Umar bin Rashid have made it mursal (meaning they omitted a narrator in the chain who was a companion of the Prophet). **
" حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : قیامت کے دن اللہ تعالیٰ کی عظمت کی بناء پر زمین سمیٹ دی جائے گی ، اور یہ صرف اتنی رہ جائے گی جتنی ایک انسان کے قدم رکھنے کی جگہ ہوتی ہے پھر مجھے بلایا جائے گا ، میں سجدہ ریز ہو جاؤں گا ، پھر مجھے اجازت ملے گی ، میں سجدے سے اٹھ جاؤں گا اور عرض کروں گا : اے میرے رب مجھے اس شخص نے بتایا تھا ، ( حضرت جبریل امین علیہ السلام اس وقت اللہ تعالیٰ کی دائیں جانب کھڑے ہوں گے ، اور اللہ کی قسم میں نے اس سے پہلے ان کو کبھی نہیں دیکھا تھا ) کہ تو نے اس کو میری جانب بھیجا ہے ، حضرت جبریل امین علیہ السلام بالکل خاموش کھڑے ہوں گے ، اور کوئی جواب نہیں دیں گے ، اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا ۔ اس نے آپ سے سچ کہا تھا ، پھر مجھے شفاعت کی اجازت دی جائے گی ، میں کہوں گا : اے میرے رب ، تیرے بندے زمین کے اطراف میں تیری عبادت کرتے رہے ، یہ مقام محمود ہو گا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اور اس حدیث کو زہری سے روایت کرنے میں یونس بن یزید اور عمر بن راشد نے ارسال کیا ہے ۔"
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Qayamat ke din Allah Ta'ala ki azmat ki bina par zameen samet di jayegi, aur yeh sirf itni reh jayegi jitni ek insan ke qadam rakhne ki jagah hoti hai phir mujhe bulaya jayega, main sijda riz ho jaunga, phir mujhe ijazat milegi, main sijde se uth jaunga aur arz karunga: Aye mere Rabb mujhe is shakhs ne bataya tha, (Hazrat Jibrail Amin Alaihissalam is waqt Allah Ta'ala ki dayen janib khare honge, aur Allah ki qasam maine is se pehle in ko kabhi nahin dekha tha) keh too ne is ko meri janib bheja hai, Hazrat Jibrail Amin Alaihissalam bilkul khamosh khare honge, aur koi jawab nahin denge, Allah Ta'ala farmayega. Is ne aap se sach kaha tha, phir mujhe shafa'at ki ijazat di jayegi, main kahunga: Aye mere Rabb, tere bande zameen ke اطراف mein teri ibadat karte rahe, yeh maqam mahmood ho ga. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne is ko naql nahin kiya. Aur is hadees ko Zuhri se riwayat karne mein Yunus bin Yazid aur Umar bin Rashid ne irsal kiya hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا جَدِّي، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "" تُمَدُّ الْأَرْضُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَدًّا لِعَظَمَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُ لِبَشَرٍ مَنْ بَنِي آدَمَ إِلَّا مَوْضِعَ قَدَمَيْهِ، ثُمَّ أُدْعَى أُولَى النَّاسِ فَأَخِرُّ سَاجِدًا ثُمَّ يُؤْذَنُ لِي فَأَقُومُ فَأَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ أَخْبَرَنِي هَذَا - لِجِبْرِيلَ وَهُوَ عَنْ يَمِينِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَاللَّهِ مَا رَآهُ جِبْرِيلُ قَبْلَهَا قَطُّ - أَنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَهُ إِلَيَّ، قَالَ وَجِبْرِيلُ سَاكِتٌ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ حَتَّى يَقُولَ اللَّهُ: صَدَقَ، ثُمَّ يُؤْذَنُ لِي فِي الشَّفَاعَةِ فَأَقُولُ: يَا رَبِّ عِبَادُكَ عَبَدُوكَ فِي أَطْرَافِ الْأَرْضِ، فَذَلِكَ الْمَقَامُ الْمَحْمُودُ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» وَقَدْ أَرْسَلَهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، وَمَعْمَرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، «أَمَّا حَدِيثُ يُونُسَ» [ص:615]،
