Mustadrak Al Hakim 8760
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The thickness of the skin of a disbeliever will be 42 cubits according to the cubit of Allah, and his molar tooth will be like the Uhud mountain. ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them) did not narrate it. Sheikh Abu Bakr said: The meaning of "cubit of the Almighty" is that in ancient times, the height and length of some people used to be much greater than that of ordinary people.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : کافر کے چمڑے کی موٹائی اللہ تعالیٰ سے گز کے مطابق 42 گز ہو گی اور اس کی داڑھ احد پہاڑ کے برابر ہو جائے گی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ شیخ ابوبکر کہتے ہیں : ذراع الجبار ‘‘ کا مطلب ہے ’’ پرانے زمانے میں جیسے کئی انسانوں کا قد اور لمبائی چوڑائی عام لوگوں کی بہ نسبت بہت زیادہ ہوتی تھی ۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ke Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: kafir ke chamere ki motai Allah Ta'ala se gaz ke mutabiq 42 gaz ho gi aur uski daarh ahad pahar ke barabar ho jaye gi. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhain Rahmatullah Alaihima ne isko naqal nahin kiya. Sheikh Abubakar kahte hain: zira' al-jabbar '' ka matlab hai '' purane zamane mein jaise kai insaano ka qad aur lambai chori aam logon ki ba nisbat bahut zyada hoti thi.
حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ شَيْبَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «إِنَّ غِلَظَ جَلْدِ الْكَافِرِ اثْنَانِ وَأَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعًا بِذِرَاعِ الْجَبَّارِ، وَضِرْسُهُ مِثْلُ أُحُدٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" قَالَ الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: مَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ بِذِرَاعِ الْجَبَّارِ: «أَيْ جَبَّارٌ مِنْ جَبَابِرَةِ الآدَمَيِّينَ مِمَّنْ كَانَ فِي الْقُرُونِ الْأُولَى مِمَّنْ كَانَ أَعْظَمَ خَلْقًا وَأَطْوَلَ أَعْضَاءً وَذِرَاعًا مِنَ النَّاسِ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8760 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
