Sunan an-Nasa'i 1595
Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) narrated, ‘I remember the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) covering me with his Rida' while I was watching the Ethiopians playing in the masjid, until I got bored. So you should understand the keenness of young girls to play’.

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ آپ مجھے اپنی چادر سے آڑ کئے ہوئے تھے، اور میں حبشیوں کو دیکھ رہی تھی کہ وہ مسجد میں کھیل رہے تھے، یہاں تک کہ میں خود ہی اکتا گئی، تم خود ہی اندازہ لگا لو کہ ایک کم سن لڑکی کھیل کود ( دیکھنے ) کی کتنی حریص ہوتی ہے۔
Am al-Momineen Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) kehti hain ke mein ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha ke aap mujhe apni chadar se a?d kiye hue the, aur mein Habshiyon ko dekh rahi thi ke woh masjid mein khel rahe the, yahaan tak ke mein khud hi akta gai, tum khud hi andaza laga lo ke ek kam sun laraki khel kood ( dekhne ) ki kitni haris hoti hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَسْتُرُنِي بِرِدَائِهِ وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى الْحَبَشَةِ يَلْعَبُونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَنَا أَسْأَمُ فَاقْدُرُوا قَدْرَ الْجَارِيَةِ الْحَدِيثَةِ السِّنِّ الْحَرِيصَةِ عَلَى اللَّهْوِ .
