Sunan an-Nasa'i 1913
Uyaynah bin Abdur Rahman bin Jawsh narrated from his father that he witnessed the funeral of Abdur Rahamn bin Samurah (رضي الله تعالى عنه). Ziyad (رضي الله تعالى عنه) came out, walking in front of the bier, and some men from the family of Abdur Rahman and their freed slaves came out, facing the bier and walking backward, saying, 'slow down, slow down, may Allah bless you.' And they were walking slowly. Then when they were partway to Al-Mrbad, Abu Bakrah ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) joined us on his mule. When he saw what they were doing, he rushed to them on his mule, brandishing his whip, and said, move on, for by the One Who honored the face of Abu Al-Qasim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I remember when we were with the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), we were walking fast, so the people speeded up.’

ابوبکرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ( صحابہ کرام ) کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ اپنے آپ کو دیکھا ہم جنازے کے ساتھ تقریباً دوڑتے ہوئے چلتے۔ یہ الفاظ ہشیم کی روایت کے ہیں۔
Abu Bakr رضی اللہ عنہ kehte hain ke mein ne (Sahaba e Karam) ko Rasool Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ke sath apne aap ko dekha hum janaze ke sath taqreeban dourte huye chalte. ye alfaaz Hashim ki riwayat ke hain.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، وَهُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ عُيَيْنَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَإِنَّا لَنَكَادُ نَرْمُلُ بِهَا رَمَلاً . وَاللَّفْظُ حَدِيثُ هُشَيْمٍ .
