Sunan an-Nasa'i 2152
Zirr narrated that they said to Hudhaifah (رضي الله تعالى عنه), at what time did you take Sahur with the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)?' He said, 'it was daytime, but before the sun had risen.’
Grade: Sahih
زر حبیش کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا: آپ نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ کس وقت سحری کھائی ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: ( تقریباً ) دن ۱؎ مگر سورج ۲؎ نکلا نہیں تھا۔
Zar Habish kehte hain ke hum ne Hazifa Radi Allahu anhu se poocha: Aap ne Rasool Allah SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ke sath kis waqt sehri khai hai? To unhon ne kaha: ( taqreeban ) din 1؎ magar sooraj 2؎ nikla nahi tha.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، قَالَ قُلْنَا لِحُذَيْفَةَ أَىَّ سَاعَةٍ تَسَحَّرْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ هُوَ النَّهَارُ إِلاَّ أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ لَمْ تَطْلُعْ .
