Sunan an-Nasa'i 2343
It is reported that Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) used to say, none should fast except the one who intended to fast before dawn.’
Grade: Sahih
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے تھے کہ روزہ صرف وہی رکھے جس نے فجر سے پہلے روزہ کی پختہ نیت کر لی ہو۔
Abdul-illah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte thay ke roza sirf wahi rakhe jis ne fajr se pehle roza ki pakhta niyat kar li ho.
قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لاَ يَصُومُ إِلاَّ مَنْ أَجْمَعَ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ .
