Sunan an-Nasa'i 2380
Mutarrif bin 'Abdullah bin 'Abdullah bin Ash-Shikhkhir narrated that his father told him that he heard the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) say, when mention was made in his presence of a man who fasted for the rest of his life, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, he neither fasted nor broke his fast.’

عبداللہ بن شخیر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا اور آپ کے سامنے ایک ایسے شخص کا ذکر کیا گیا تھا جو ہمیشہ روزہ رکھتا تھا تو آپ نے فرمایا: ”اس نے نہ روزہ رکھا اور نہ ہی افطار کیا“۔
Abdullah bin Shakh-eer razi Allahu anhu se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Rasul Allah SAW se suna aur aap ke samne ek aise shakhs ka zikr kiya gaya tha jo hamesha roza rakhta tha to aap ne farmaya: "Uss ne na roza rakha aur na hi iftar kiya".
أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدٌ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ رَجُلٌ يَصُومُ الدَّهْرَ قَالَ " لاَ صَامَ وَلاَ أَفْطَرَ " .
