Sunan an-Nasa'i 2583
. Zainab (رضي الله تعالى عنها), the wife of 'Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said to women, 'give charity, even from your jewelry. Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) was not a wealthy man and she said to him, 'can I spend my charity on you and on my brother's children who are orphans? 'Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, 'ask the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) about that.' She said, So I went to the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), and at his door I found a woman from among the Ansar who was also called Zainab (رضي الله تعالى عنه), and she was asking about the same matter as I was. Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) came out to us and we said to him, go to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and ask him about that, but do not tell him who we are. He went to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and he said, ‘who are they?' He said, Zainab (رضي الله تعالى عنها).' He said, 'which Zainab ( رضي الله تعالى عنها)?" He said, 'Zainab, the wife of Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) and Zainab Al-Ansariyyah (رضي الله تعالى عنها).' He said, 'yes, they will have two rewards, the reward for upholding the ties of kinship and the reward for giving charity.’

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کی بیوی زینب رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے عورتوں سے فرمایا: ”تم صدقہ دو اگرچہ اپنے زیوروں ہی سے سہی“، وہ کہتی ہیں: عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ( میرے شوہر ) تنگ دست و مفلس تھے، تو میں نے ان سے پوچھا: کیا میرے لیے یہ گنجائش ہے کہ میں اپنا صدقہ آپ کو اور اپنے یتیم بھتیجوں کو دے دیا کروں؟ عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: اس بارے میں تم رسول اللہ ﷺ سے پوچھو۔ زینب رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آئی تو کیا دیکھتی ہوں کہ انصار کی ایک عورت اسے بھی زینب ہی کہا جاتا تھا آپ کے دروازے پر کھڑی ہے، وہ بھی اسی چیز کے بارے میں پوچھنا چاہتی تھی جس کے بارے میں میں پوچھنا چاہتی تھی۔ اتنے میں بلال رضی اللہ عنہ اندر سے نکل کر ہماری طرف آئے، تو ہم نے ان سے کہا: آپ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس جائیں، اور آپ سے اس کے بارے میں پوچھیں، اور آپ کو یہ نہ بتائیں کہ ہم کون ہیں، چنانچہ وہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس گئے ( اور آپ سے پوچھا ) آپ نے پوچھا: یہ دونوں کون ہیں؟ انہوں نے کہا: زینب، آپ نے فرمایا: کون سی زینب؟ انہوں نے کہا: ایک زینب تو عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی، اور ایک زینب انصار میں سے ہیں۔ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں ( درست ہے ) انہیں دوہرا ثواب ملے گا ایک رشتہ داری کا اور دوسرا صدقے کا“۔
Abdul-Allah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki bivi Zainab radi-Allahu anha kehti hain ke Rasool-Allah salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ne aurton se farmaya: "Tum sadaqa do agarcha apne zewron hi se sahi", woh kehti hain: Abdul-Allah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) (mere shohar) tang-dast o muflis they, to main ne un se poocha: kya mere liye yeh gunjaish hai ke main apna sadaqa aap ko aur apne yateem bhatijon ko de dia karon? Abdul-Allah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: is bare mein tum Rasool-Allah salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam se poocho. Zainab radi-Allahu anha kehti hain ke main Nabi-e-Akram salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ke pass ai to kya dekhti hon ke Ansar ki ek aurat isse bhi Zainab hi kaha jata tha aap ke darwaze par khadi hai, woh bhi isi cheez ke bare mein poochna chahti thi jis ke bare mein main poochna chahti thi. Itne mein Bilal (رضي الله تعالى عنه) andar se nikal kar hamari taraf aaye, to hum ne un se kaha: aap Rasool-Allah salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ke pass jayen, aur aap se is ke bare mein poochen, aur aap ko yeh na bataen ke hum kaun hain, chanancha woh Rasool-Allah salla-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ke pass gaye (aur aap se poocha) aap ne poocha: yeh donon kaun hain? Unhon ne kaha: Zainab, aap ne farmaya: kaun si Zainab? Unhon ne kaha: ek Zainab to Abdul-Allah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki bivi, aur ek Zainab Ansar mein se hain. Aap ne farmaya: "haan (durust hai) unhen dohra sawab milega ek rishtadari ka aur dusra sadaqe ka".
أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ، امْرَأَةِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِلنِّسَاءِ " تَصَدَّقْنَ وَلَوْ مِنَ حُلِيِّكُنَّ " . قَالَتْ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ خَفِيفَ ذَاتِ الْيَدِ فَقَالَتْ لَهُ أَيَسَعُنِي أَنْ أَضَعَ صَدَقَتِي فِيكَ وَفِي بَنِي أَخٍ لِي يَتَامَى فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ سَلِي عَنْ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَتْ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَإِذَا عَلَى بَابِهِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ يُقَالُ لَهَا زَيْنَبُ تَسْأَلُ عَمَّا أَسْأَلُ عَنْهُ فَخَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا بِلاَلٌ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ انْطَلِقْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَلْهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَلاَ تُخْبِرْهُ مَنْ نَحْنُ . فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " مَنْ هُمَا " . قَالَ زَيْنَبُ . قَالَ " أَىُّ الزَّيَانِبِ " . قَالَ زَيْنَبُ امْرَأَةُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَزَيْنَبُ الأَنْصَارِيَّةُ قَالَ " نَعَمْ لَهُمَا أَجْرَانِ أَجْرُ الْقَرَابَةِ وَأَجْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ " .
