Sunan an-Nasa'i 3369
Malik bin Anas narrated that Ibn Shihab told him that Abdullah and Al-Hasan, the sons of Muhammad bin Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه), told him, that their father Muhammad bin Ali ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) told them, that Ali bin Abi Talib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), on the Day of Khaibar, forbade temporary marriage to women.’ (One of the narrators) Ibn Al-Muthanna said, ‘the Day of Hunain.’ He said, this is what Abdul Wahhab narrated to us from his book.’

محمد بن حاطب رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”حلال اور حرام میں فرق یہ ہے کہ نکاح میں دف بجایا جائے اور اس کا اعلان کیا جائے ۱؎“۔
Muhammad bin Hathib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Halal aur Haram mein farq yeh hai ke nikah mein daf bajaya jaye aur is ka elan kiya jaye 1؎".
أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَلاَلِ وَالْحَرَامِ الدُّفُّ وَالصَّوْتُ فِي النِّكَاحِ " .
