Sunan an-Nasa'i 3793
Saalim narrated that his father said, the oath by which the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to swear was, 'no, by the Controller of the hearts.'
Grade: Sahih
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو قسم کھائے اور ان شاءاللہ ( اگر اللہ نے چاہا ) کہے تو اگر چاہے تو وہ قسم پوری کرے اور اگر چاہے تو پوری نہ کرے، وہ قسم توڑنے والا نہیں ہو گا ۱؎ ۔
Abdul-Allah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kahte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo qasam khay aur in sha Allah (agar Allah ne chaha) kahe to agar chahe to woh qasam puri kare aur agar chahe to puri na kare, woh qasam todne wala nahin hoga
أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى فَإِنْ شَاءَ مَضَى وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ غَيْرَ حَنِثٍ " .
