Sunan an-Nasa'i 3983
An-Nu'man bin Saalim (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, Amr bin Aws (رضي الله تعالى عنه) told him that his father Aws (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, 'I have been commanded to fight the people until they bear witness to - ُ َّالَ إِلَهَ إِالَّ َّللا [there is no God but Allah] then their blood and their wealth become forbidden to me, except for a right that is due.’

اوس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے اس وقت تک جنگ کروں جب تک کہ وہ گواہی نہ دیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں ( جب وہ اس کی گواہی دے دیں گے تو ) پھر ان کے خون اور ان کے مال حرام ہو جائیں گے مگر اس کے ( جان و مال کے ) حق کے بدلے ۔
أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ أَبِي صَغِيرَةَ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ أَوْسٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَوْسًا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ تَحْرُمُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهَا " .
