Sunan an-Nasa'i 4016
Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘by the One besides Whom there is no other god, it is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim who bears witness to ُ َّالَ إِلَهَ إِالَّ َّللا [There is no god except Allah] and that I am the Apostle of Allah, except in three cases, (i) who leaves Islam and splits away from the Jama'ah, (ii) the person who has been married and then commits adultery, and (iii) a life for a life.'

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس ذات کی قسم جس کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں! کسی مسلمان کا خون جو گواہی دے کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود ( برحق ) نہیں اور میں اللہ کا رسول ہوں حلال نہیں، سوائے تین افراد کے: ایک وہ جو ( مسلمانوں کی ) جماعت سے الگ ہو کر اسلام کو ترک کر دے، دوسرا شادی شدہ زانی، اور تیسرا جان کے بدلے جان ۱؎۔ اعمش کہتے ہیں: میں نے یہ حدیث ابراہیم نخعی سے بیان کی تو انہوں نے اس جیسی حدیث مجھ سے اسود کے واسطے سے عائشہ سے روایت کرتے ہوئے بیان کی۔
Abdul-allah bin Mas'ud (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool-ullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Is zat ki qasam jis ke siwa koi ma'bud barhaq nahin! Kisi musalman ka khoon jo gawahi de ke Allah ke siwa koi ma'bud ( barhaq ) nahin aur main Allah ka Rasool hun halal nahin, siwaye teen afrad ke: Ek woh jo ( musalmanon ki ) jamaat se alag ho kar Islam ko tark kar de, doosra shadi shuda zani, aur teesra jan ke badle jan1؎. A'mash kehte hain: Main ne yeh hadith Ibraheem Nakhai se bayan ki to unhon ne is jaisi hadith mujh se Aswad ke wastay se A'isha se riwayat karte hue bayan ki.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " وَالَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ لاَ يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ ثَلاَثَةُ نَفَرٍ التَّارِكُ لِلإِسْلاَمِ مُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةِ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالنَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ " . قَالَ الأَعْمَشُ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِمِثْلِهِ .
