Sunan an-Nasa'i 4502
Return to Contents Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller, do not artificially inflate prices, no man should urge a seller to cancel a sale already agreed upon with another buy so as to by the goods himself, no one should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should make a proposal over the proposal of his brother and no woman should ask for her sister (in faith) to be divorced so as to turn over what is in her vessel (deprived her of her share of maintenance) and so that she may get married in her place, she will have what Allah has decreed or her.’

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کا مال ہرگز نہ بیچے، اور نہ بھاؤ پر بھاؤ بڑھانے کا کام کرو، اور نہ آدمی اپنے ( مسلمان ) بھائی کے بھاؤ پر بھاؤ لگائے، اور نہ ( مسلمان ) بھائی کی شادی کے پیغام پر پیغام بھیجے اور نہ عورت اپنی سوکن کی طلاق کا مطالبہ کرے تاکہ جو اس کے برتن میں ہے اسے بھی اپنے لیے انڈیل لے ( یعنی جو اس کی قسمت میں تھا وہ اسے مل جائے ) بلکہ ( بلا مطالبہ و شرط ) نکاح کرے، کیونکہ اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کی قسمت میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے لکھا ہے“
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Koi shahri kisi dehati ka mal hargiz na beche, aur na bhaon per bhaon badhane ka kaam karo, aur na aadmi apne (Musalman) bhai ke bhaon per bhaon lagaye, aur na (Musalman) bhai ki shadi ke peigham per peigham bheje aur na aurat apni sokan ki talak ka mutaalba kare takay jo us ke bartan mein hai use bhi apne liye andil le (yani jo us ki qismat mein tha woh use mil jaye) balki (bila mutaalba o shart) nikah kare, kyunki use wahi milega jo us ki qismat mein Allah Ta'ala ne likha hai"
حَدَّثَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَبِيعَنَّ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلاَ تَنَاجَشُوا وَلاَ يُسَاوِمِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلاَ تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلاَقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا وَلِتُنْكَحَ فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهَا " .
