Sunan an-Nasa'i 4503

Ibn Umar ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘no one of you should urge someone to cancel a sale he has already agreed upon with his brother so as to sell him his own goods.’


Grade: Sahih

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی اپنے ( مسلمان ) بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے“۔

Abdullaah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a riwayat karte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Tum mein se koi apne (musalman) bhai ki bai' par bai' nah kare".

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، وَاللَّيْثِ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ يَبِيعُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
