Sunan an-Nasa'i 4528
Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘whoever sells fruit then his crop fails, he should not take (anything) from his brother.’ And he said something along the lines, ‘why would anyone of you consume the wealth of his Muslim brother?’

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے پھل بیچے پھر ان پر کوئی آفت آ گئی تو وہ اپنے بھائی سے ( کچھ ) نہ لے، آخر تم کس چیز کے بدلے میں اپنے مسلمان بھائی کا مال کھاؤ گے“۔
Jabir bin Abdillah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jis ne phal beche phir un par koi aafat aa gayi to woh apne bhai se ( kuchh ) nah lein, aakhir tum kis cheez ke badle mein apne musalman bhai ka maal khawo ge".
أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ بَاعَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلاَ يَأْخُذْ مِنْ أَخِيهِ - وَذَكَرَ شَيْئًا - عَلَى مَا يَأْكُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ " .
