Sunan an-Nasa'i 4682
Sammurah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘if a woman is married off by two guardians, then the first marriage is the one that counts, and if a man sells something to two men, it belongs to the first one.’
Grade: Da'if
سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کسی عورت کی شادی دو ولیوں نے کر دی تو وہ ان میں پہلے شوہر کی ہو گی، اور جس نے کوئی چیز دو آدمیوں سے بیچی تو وہ چیز ان میں سے پہلے کی ہو گی۔
Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se Riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Farmaya: "Kisi aurat ki shadi do waliyon ne kar di to woh in mein pehle shohar ki hogi, aur jis ne koi cheez do aadmiyon se bechi to woh cheez in mein se pehle ki hogi.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا " .
