Sunan an-Nasa'i 4833
Tha'labah bin Zahdam Al-Yarhbui narrated, ‘the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was delivering a speech to some people of Ansar and they said, ‘O Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), these are Banu Tha'labah bin Yarbu who killed so and so during the Jahiliyyah.’ The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said raising his voice, ‘no soul is affected by the sin of another’.’

ثعلبہ بن زہدم یربوعی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ انصار کے کچھ لوگوں کو خطاب کر رہے تھے، لوگوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! یہ بنی ثعلبہ بن یربوع کے بیٹے ہیں، انہوں نے فلاں کو جاہلیت میں قتل کیا تھا، تو نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اور آپ کی آواز بہت بلند تھی: سنو! کسی جان کا قصور کسی دوسری جان پر نہیں ہو گا“۔
Thulba bin Zahdam Yirbu'i (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ansar ke kuchh logoon ko khitab kar rahe the, logon ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool! yeh Bani Thulba bin Yirbu' ke bete hain, unhon ne flan ko jahiliyat mein qatl kiya tha, to Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "aur aap ki awaz bahut بلند thi: Suno! kisi jaan ka qasoor kisi doosri jaan par nahin hoga".
أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ زَهْدَمٍ الْيَرْبُوعِيِّ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ فِي أُنَاسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَؤُلاَءِ بَنُو ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ يَرْبُوعٍ قَتَلُوا فُلاَنًا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهَتَفَ بِصَوْتِهِ " أَلاَ لاَ تَجْنِي نَفْسٌ عَلَى الأُخْرَى " .
