Utbah bin Ghazwan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that we were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in a battle. When the sun set, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to us: "Attack." So, we attacked.

سیدنا عتبہ بن غزوان سلمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: ہم جنگ میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے، جب سورج زائل ہوگیا تو آپ ﷺ نے ہمیں فرمایا: ”حملہ کرو“، پس ہم نے حملہ کیا۔
Sayyidna Utbah bin Ghazwah Salmi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain: Hum jang mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath thay, jab sooraj za'il hogaya to Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein farmaya: "Hamla karo", pas hum ne hamla kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَامِعٍ الْعَطَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَعَامَةَ عَمْرُو بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ السُّلَمِيِّ ، قَالَ:" كُنَّا نَشْهَدُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقِتَالَ، فَإِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ، قَالَ لَنَا: احْمِلُوا فَحَمَلْنَا"، لا يُرْوَى عَنْ عُتْبَةَ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ ابْنُ جَامِعٍ
