Regarding whether the butcher can be given from it or not
فِي الْجَازِرِ يُعْطَى مِنْهَا أَمْ لَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 13592
Hazrat Ali narrated that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered me to stay with the camels and not to give any of them to the butcher, and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: We will give to the butcher from our own.
حضرت علی ارشاد فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مجھے حکم فرمایا کہ میں اونٹوں کے پاس رہوں اور اس میں سے قصاب کو کچھ نہ دوں، اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ہم قصاب کو اپنے پاس سے دیں گے۔
Hazrat Ali irshad farmate hain keh huzoor aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujhe hukum farmaya keh main oonton ke paas rahoon aur is mein se qasab ko kuch na doon, aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: hum qasab ko apne pass se denge.
Hazrat Muqasim (may peace be upon him) said: "Do not give the skin of the animal to the butcher, but if you can sell it and buy a goat with its price, then buy it and slaughter it."
حضرت مقسم فرماتے ہیں کہ جانور کی کھال قصاب کو مت دو ، اگر اس کو فروخت کر کے اس کی قیمت سے بکری خرید سکتے ہو تو خرید کر اس بکری کو ذبح کرلو۔
Hazrat Muqasim farmate hain ke janwar ki khaal qasab ko mat do, agar is ko farokht kar ke is ki qeemat se bakri khareed sakte ho to khareed kar is bakri ko zibah karlo.
