It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Buraidah, on the authority of his father, that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered the sacrifice of 'Aqeeqah on behalf of Hasan and Husain.
حضرت ابن بریدہ، اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے فرمایا : جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حضرت حسن اور حضرت حسین کی طرف سے عقیقہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ibn Buraidah apne walid se riwayat karte hain ki unhon ne farmaya: Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hazrat Hasan aur Hazrat Hussain ki taraf se aqiqah farmaya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir. He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the Aqeeqah of Hazrat Hasan and Hazrat Hussain.
حضرت جابر سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حضرت حسن اور حضرت حسین کی طرف سے عقیقہ کیا۔
Hazrat Jaber se riwayat hai. Wo kehte hain ke Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hazrat Hasan aur Hazrat Hussain ki taraf se aqiqa kiya.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Ali who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) slaughtered a goat as 'Aqeeqah on behalf of Hadrat Hasan. And he said, "O Fatima! Shave his head and give Sadaqah (charity) equal to the weight of his hair." So they weighed the hair, and it weighed a Dirham or a few Dirhams.
حضرت علی سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حضرت حسن کی طرف سے ایک بکری عقیقہ میں ذبح فرمائی۔ اور ارشاد فرمایا۔ ” اے فاطمہ ! اس کے سر کو حلق کردو اور اس کے بالوں کے وزن کے برابر صدقہ کرد و۔ “ چنانچہ ان لوگوں نے بالوں کا وزن کیا۔ تو اس کا وزن درہم یا کچھ درہم تھا۔
Hazrat Ali se riwayat hai. Wo kehte hain ke Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hazrat Hasan ki taraf se ek bakri aqeeqa mein zibah farmaayi. Aur irshad farmaya. “Aye Fatima! Iss ke sar ko halaq kar do aur iss ke baalon ke wazan ke barabar sadqah kar do.” Chunancha un logon ne baalon ka wazan kiya. To iss ka wazan dirham ya kuch dirham tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Rafi'. He says that Hazrat Fatimah asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! Should I not sacrifice an animal for my son's Aqeeqah?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No." Shave his head. "And give charity to the poor in silver, the weight of his hair, whether it is molded or not molded."
حضرت ابو رافع سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت فاطمہ نے سوال کیا۔ یا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! کیا میں اپنے بیٹے کی طرف سے عقیقہ میں خون نہ بہاؤں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” نہیں “ تم اس کے سر کو حلق کردو۔ “ اور اس کے بالوں کے برابر وزن ڈھلی یا غیر ڈھلی چاندی کو مساکین پر صدقہ کردو۔ “
Hazrat Abu Raaf se riwayat hai. Wo kehte hain ke Hazrat Fatima ne sawal kiya. Ya Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Kiya main apne bete ki taraf se aqiqah mein khoon na bahayaun. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Nahin" tum uske sar ko halaq kardo." Aur uske baalon ke barabar wazan dhali ya ghair dhali chandi ko miskeenon par sadqah kardo."
It has been narrated from Hazrat Muhammad bin Ibrahim. He said that it is commanded to perform Aqiqah even if it is done for the offspring of a sparrow.
حضرت محمد بن ابراہیم سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ عقیقہ کا حکم دیا جائے گا اگرچہ چڑیا کے ذریعہ ہی عقیقہ کیا جائے۔
Hazrat Muhammad bin Ibrahim se riwayat hai. Wo kehte hain ki aqiqah ka hukum diya jaye ga agarche chidiya ke zariye hi aqiqah kiya jaye.
It has been narrated on the authority of Hazrat Samurah that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Every child is pledged for his Aqiqah which is slaughtered on his behalf.
حضرت سمرہ سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ” بچہ اپنے اس عقیقہ کا مرہون ہوتا ہے جو اس کی طرف سے ذبح کیا جاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra se riwayat hai. Wo kehte hain ke Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: "Bachcha apne us aqiqah ka marhoon hota hai jo uski taraf se zibah kiya jata hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Salman bin Amir that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Verily, with the child is a sacrifice (Aqeeqah). So, shed blood on its behalf and remove harm from it."
حضرت سلمان بن عامر سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو کہتے سُنا : ” یقیناً بچہ کے ساتھ عقیقہ ہوتا ہے۔ پس تم اس کی طرف سے خون بہاؤ اور اس سے اذیت کو دور ہٹاؤ۔ “
Hazrat Salman bin Amir se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Janaab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko kehte suna : ” Yaqinan bachay ke sath aqiqah hota hai. Pas tum uss ki taraf se khoon bahaao aur uss se aziyat ko door hatao. “
A man from Banu Dhamrah narrates, quoting his father, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about the sacrifice of 'Aqeeqah. So you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Allah Almighty does not like disobedience (to parents). Whoever among you has a child born and wants to shed blood on his behalf, then he must do so.'
بنو ضمرہ کے ایک آدمی ، اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے عقیقہ کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا ؟ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” اللہ تعالیٰ (باپ اور ماں کی) نافرمانی کرنے کو پسند نہیں کرتا۔ تم میں سے جس کا بچہ پیدا ہو اور وہ اس کی طرف سے خون بہانا چاہے تو ضرور بہائے۔ “
Bano Zamra ke aik aadmi apne walid se riwayat karte hain ke janab rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se aqiqah ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya? To aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Allah Ta'ala (baap aur maan ki) nafarmani karne ko pasand nahin karta. Tum mein se jis ka bachcha paida ho aur woh uski taraf se khoon bahana chahe to zaroor bahae."
