Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab said that if both eyebrows are plucked from the root, then it is considered as a complete 'Deeyat' (compensation for injury), and if one eyebrow is plucked, then half 'Deeyat' is due.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب کا ارشاد ہے کہ جب دونوں ابروئیں جڑ سے اکھڑ جائیں تو اس میں دیت ہے اور اگر ایک اکھڑ جائے تو اس میں آدھی دیت ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab ka irshad hai keh jab donon abruain jarr se ukhad jayen tou us mein dait hai aur agar aik ukhad jaye tou us mein aadhi dait hai.
Hazrat Amr bin Shuaib narrated that Abu Bakr (R.A) set the compensation for an eyebrow injury, where the wound was so deep that both bones were visible, at ten camels.
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب نے فرمایا ہے کہ ابوبکر نے ابرو کے بارے میں جس کو زخم پہنچا حتیٰ کہ دونوں ہڈیاں واضح ہوگئیں تھیں دس اونٹوں کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Amr bin Shoaib ne farmaya hai keh Abu Bakr ne abru ke bare mein jis ko zakhm pohancha hatta keh donon haddian wazeh hogai theen das oonton ka faisla farmaya.
Hazrat Abraham advised that there will be charity in every paired organ of a man and a woman, meaning hands, eyebrows, etc. And Shuaibi said that there is charity in every paired organ.
حضرت ابراہیم کا ارشاد ہے کہ آدمی اور عورت کے ہر جوڑے جوڑے والے اعضا میں دیت ہوگی، یعنی ہاتھ اور ابروئیں وغیرہ اور شعبی نے فرمایا ہے کہ ہر جوڑے والے اعضاء میں دیت ہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim ka irshad hai keh aadmi aur aurat ke har jore jore wale aaza mein dait hogi, yani hath aur abruwain waghaira aur Shobi ne farmaya hai keh har jore wale aaza mein dait hai.
Hazrat Ibn Juraij narrates that Abul Kareem bin Abi Al-Makhariq told me that one of your companions (may Allah be pleased with him) told him that if the hair of the eyebrow has fallen out, then in this whole eyebrow there is a quarter of the diyat (blood money) and in which some of the eyebrows have fallen out, then the diyat will have to be paid accordingly.
حضرت ابن جرویج کا ارشاد ہے کہ مجھے عبدالکریم بن ابی المخارق نے بتایا ہے کہ ان کو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے کسی صحابی نے یہ بات بتائی ہے کہ ابرو کے بال جھڑگئے ہوں تو اس پوری ابرو میں تو دیت کا چوتھائی ہے اور جس میں ابرو میں کچھ جھڑ چکے ہوں تو اس کے حسا ب سے دیت دینا ہوگی۔
Hazrat Ibn Juraij ka irshad hai keh mujhe Abdalkareem bin Abil Mokhariq ne bataya hai keh un ko aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke kisi sahabi ne yeh baat batai hai keh abru ke baal jhad gaye hon to us poori abru mein to deet ka chauthai hai aur jis mein abru mein kuch jhad chuke hon to us ke hisab se deet dena hogi.
Hazrat Ibrahim said that it is said that among the organs of a human being which are in pairs, there is Diyat (blood money) in them and in one of them is half the Diyat, and in the organs which are single, there is (full) Diyat.
حضرت ابراہیم نے فرمایا کہ یوں کہا جاتا تھا کہ انسان کے جو اعضاء جوڑے والے ہیں ان میں دیت ہے اور ان میں سے ایک میں آدھی دیت ہے اور جو اعضاء اکیلے ہیں ان میں (پوری) دیت ہے۔
