Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the Satans (jinns) misguide you, then you should recite the Adhan in a loud voice.
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جب شیاطین جن تمہیں راستہ بھٹکا دیں۔ پس تم بلند آواز سے اذان دو ۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : Jab shayateen jinn tumhein rasta bhatka dein. Pas tum buland aawaz se azan do.
Hazrat Yasir bin Amr narrates that I mentioned to Hazrat Umar about the Ghilan, who change their forms and mislead people from their paths. So you (Hazrat Umar) said: Nothing has the power to change the creation of Allah from how Allah created it. But this deception is like your deception. When you see such a thing, then give the call to prayer (Adhan).
حضرت یسیر بن عمرو فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عمر کے پاس غیلان جن کا ذکر کیا جو شکل تبدیل کر کے لوگوں کو راستہ سے بھٹکا دیتے ہیں۔ تو آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا : بیشک کسی چیز میں اتیش استطاعت نہیں کہ وہ اللہ کی تخلیق کو جیسے اللہ نے پیدا کی تھی بد ل دے۔ لیکن یہ دھوکا دہی تمہاری دھوکا دہی کی طرح ہے۔ جب تم ایسی کوئی چیز دیکھو تو اذان دے دیا کرو۔
Hazrat Yasir bin Amro farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Umar ke paas gheelan jinn ka zikar kya jo shakal tabdeel kar ke logon ko rasta se bhatka dete hain. To aap ne irshad farmaya: Beshak kisi cheez mein itni istata'at nahin keh woh Allah ki takhleeq ko jaise Allah ne paida ki thi badal de. Lekin yeh dhoka dehi tumhari dhoka dehi ki tarah hai. Jab tum aisi koi cheez dekho to azan de diya karo.
Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari narrated: "I was in the terrace when a shape-shifting Jinn used to come to me, so I complained about it to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). So you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'When you see him, say this: With the name of Allah: Answer the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: 'When he came, I said these words and caught him. So he said to me: 'I will definitely not come again.' So I let him go. I came to you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: 'What happened to your captive?' So you said: 'I caught him. So he said: 'I will not come again. Then I let him go. Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'He will surely come back. You said: 'I caught him two or three times. He would say every time: 'I will not come again. And you used to go to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say: 'What happened to your captive?' So you said: 'I caught him, so he said: I will not come again, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'He will surely come back. You said: 'Then I caught him, so he said: 'Let me go and I will teach you something that when you read it, nothing will come near you, that is Ayatul Kursi.' So you came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and told him about it, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'He has told the truth even though he is a liar.'"
حضرت ابو ایوب فرماتے ہیں کہ میں چبوترے میں ہوتا تو ایک شکل بدلنے والا جن میرے پاس آتا تھا، پس میں نے اس بات کی شکایت نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کی۔ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جب تو اس کو دیکھے تو یوں کہہ : اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ : تم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو جواب دو ۔ آپ فرماتے ہیں : جب وہ آیا۔ پس میں نے یہ کلمات کہے اور اس کو پکڑ لیا۔ تو وہ مجھے کہنے لگا : یقیناً میں دوبارہ نہیں آؤں گا ۔ تو میں نے اس کو چھوڑ دیا۔ میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مجھ سے ارشاد فرمایا : تمہارے قیدی کا کیا بنا ؟ تو آپ نے عرض کیا : میں نے اس کو پکڑا ۔ تو وہ کہنے لگا : میں دوبارہ نہیں آؤں گا۔ پھر میں نے اس کو چھوڑ دیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : بیشک وہ دوبارہ واپس آئے گا۔ آپ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے اس کو دو یا تین مرتبہ پکڑا۔ وہ ہر مرتبہ کہتا : میں دوبارہ نہیں آؤں گا۔ اور آپ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس جاتے ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ارشاد فرماتے : تمہارے قیدی کا کیا بنا ؟ تو آپ فرماتے : میں نے اس کو پکڑا تو وہ کہنے لگا : میں دوبارہ نہیں آؤں گا، تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ارشاد فرماتے : بیشک وہ دوبارہ آئے گا۔ آپ نے فرماتے ہیں ! پھر میں نے اس کو پکڑا تو وہ کہنے لگا : تم مجھے چھوڑ دو اور میں تمہیں ایسی چیز سکھاؤں گا جب تم اسے پڑھو گے تو کوئی چیز بھی تمہارے قریب نہیں آئے گی، وہ آیت الکرسی ہے۔ پس آپ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو اس بات کی خبر دی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اس نے سچ بات کی حالانکہ ہے وہ جھوٹا۔
Hazrat Abu Ayyub farmate hain keh mein chabootre mein hota to aik shakal badalne wala jinn mere pass ata tha, pas maine is baat ki shikayat Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se ki. To aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : Jab tum usko dekho to yun kahna : Allah ke naam ke sath : Tum Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko jawab do. Aap farmate hain : Jab wo aya. Pas maine ye kalmat kahe aur usko pakar liya. To wo mujhe kehne laga : Yaqeenan mein dobara nahin aaoon ga . To maine usko chhor diya. Mein aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hua to Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujh se irshad farmaya : Tumhare qaiddi ka kya bana ? To aap ne arz kiya : Maine usko pakra . To wo kehne laga : Mein dobara nahin aaoon ga. Phir maine usko chhor diya. Phir aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : Beshak wo dobara wapas aye ga. Aap farmate hain : Maine usko do ya teen martaba pakra. Wo har martaba kehta : Mein dobara nahin aaoon ga. Aur aap Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke pass jate, aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) irshad farmate : Tumhare qaiddi ka kya bana ? To aap farmate : Maine usko pakra to wo kehne laga : Mein dobara nahin aaoon ga, to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) irshad farmate : Beshak wo dobara aye ga. Aap ne farmate hain! Phir maine usko pakra to wo kehne laga : Tum mujhe chhor do aur mein tumhen aisi cheez sikhaoon ga jab tum usse parho ge to koi cheez bhi tumhare qareeb nahin aye gi, wo Ayatul Kursi hai. Pas aap Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko is baat ki khabar di to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : Usne sach baat ki halaki hai wo jhoota.
