Hazrat Sahl bin Saad narrates that a man looked into one of the rooms of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a comb in your hand, with which you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were scratching your head. So you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If I had known that you were looking, I would have poked it in your eye. Seeking permission is related to looking only.
حضرت سہل بن سعد فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حجروں میں سے کسی حجرہ میں جھانکا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس کنگھی تھی جس سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنا سر کھجا رہے تھے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر مجھے علم ہوتا کہ تو دیکھ رہا ہے تو میں یہ تیری آنکھ میں دے مارتا۔ اجازت طلب کرنے کا تعلق دیکھنے ہی سے تو ہے۔
Hazrat Sahl bin Saad farmate hain ki aik aadmi ne Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke hujron mein se kisi hujre mein jhanka aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas kanghi thi jis se aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) apna sar khaja rahe the to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Agar mujhe ilm hota ki tu dekh raha hai to main ye teri aankh mein de marta. Ijazat talab karne ka taluq dekhne hi se to hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Anas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in his house when a man looked through the crevices of the door. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) aimed at him with a comb (to hit) so he drew back.
حضرت انس سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنے گھر میں تھے کہ ایک آدمی نے دروازے کی سوراخوں میں جھانکا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کی طرف کنگھی کے ساتھ (مارنے کے لئے) نشانہ بنایا تو وہ پیچھے ہٹ گیا۔
Hazrat Anas se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) apne ghar mein thay ke aik aadmi ne darwaze ke suraakhun mein jhanka. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne uski taraf kanghi ke saath (marne ke liye) nishana banaya to woh peeche hat gaya.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If a man looks at a people without their permission, it is lawful for them to put out his eye.
حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اگر کوئی آدمی کسی قوم کو ان کی اجازت کے بغیر جھانکے تو ان کے لیے اس آدمی کی آنکھ پھوڑنا حلال ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya keh agar koi aadmi kisi qaum ko un ki ijazat ke baghair jhanke to un ke liye us aadmi ki aankh phorna halal hai.
Hazil reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If a man peeps into the house of people through a window and a stone is thrown towards him which puts his eye out, there will be no legal retaliation for the injury."
And it has been stated as the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifah that: Compensation shall be liable to be paid.
حضرت ہزیل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اگر کوئی آدمی لوگوں کے گھر میں روشندان سے جھانکے اور اس کی طرف گٹھلی پھینکی جائے ۔ اس کی آنکھ پھوٹ جائے تو یہ زخم رائیگاں ہوگا۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : ضمان دیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hazil farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Agar koi aadmi logon ke ghar mein roshandan se jhanke aur uski taraf guthli phenki jaye. Uski aankh phut jaye to yeh zakhm raigan hoga.
Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul yeh zikar kiya gaya hai ki: zaman diya jayega.
