Hazrat Khuzaima bin Thabit narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about Istinja (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself): "Use three stones and make sure they are free from dung."
حضرت خزیمہ بن ثابت فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے استنجاء کے بارے میں فرمایا : تین پتھر ہوں ان میں گوبر نہ ہو۔
Hazrat Khuzaima bin Sabit farmate hain ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne istinja ke bare mein farmaya: teen pathar hon un mein gobar na ho.
Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid reported, some polytheists said to Salman (RA) mockingly, "Does your companion (the Prophet) teach you even how to clean yourselves after relieving yourselves?" Salman (RA) replied, "Yes! He ordered us not to face the Qibla while relieving ourselves, and not to use our right hands (for cleaning), and not to use less than three stones, and that those three should not include any dung or bone."
عبد الرحمن بن یزید حضرت سلمان کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ انھیں بعض مشرکین نے استہزاء کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ تمہارا ساتھی (نبی) تمہیں استنجاء تک سکھاتا ہے ؟ تو حضرت سلمان نے فرمایا : ہاں ! آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں یہ حکم دیا ہے کہ ہم قبلہ کی طرف رُخ نہ کریں اور ہم اپنے داہنے ہاتھوں سے استنجاء نہ کریں اور ہم تین پتھروں سے کم پر اکتفا نہ کریں اور ان تین میں کوئی گوبر اور ہڈی نہ ہو۔
Abdul Rahman bin Yazid Hazrat Salman ke bare mein farmate hain ke unhen baaz mushrikeen ne istehza karte hue kaha ke tumhara sathi (Nabi) tumhen istinja tak sikhata hai? To Hazrat Salman ne farmaya: Haan! Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne hamen ye hukum diya hai ke hum qibla ki taraf rukh na karen aur hum apne dahine hathon se istinja na karen aur hum teen pathron se kam par iktifa na karen aur in teen mein koi gobar aur haddi na ho.
Hazrat Abdullah narrates that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out for relieving himself, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Find three stones for me. I brought you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) two stones and a piece of dung. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took the stones and threw away the dung, and said: This is impure.
And the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa has been mentioned that: If after using three stones, impurity equal to the size of a dirham remains, then it will not be sufficient without using water.
حضرت عبداللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنی حاجت کے لیے نکلے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میرے لیے تین پتھر تلاش کرو۔ میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس دو پتھر اور ایک گوبر لایا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پتھر لے لیے اور گوبر کو پھینک دیا اور ارشاد فرمایا : یہ نجس ہے۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : اگر تین پتھروں کے استعمال کے بعد درہم کے بقدر نجاست رہ گئی ہو تو اس کو پانی استعمال کئے بغیر کفایت نہیں کرے گی۔
Hazrat Abdullah farmate hain ke Nabi Kareem apni hajat ke liye nikle to aap ne farmaya mere liye teen pathar talaash karo main aap ke pass do pathar aur ek gobar laya aap ne pathar le liye aur gobar ko phenk diya aur irshad farmaya yeh najas hai
aur Imam Abu Hanifa ka qaul yeh zikar kiya gaya hai ke agar teen patharon ke istemal ke baad dirham ke barabar najasat reh gayi ho to is ko pani istemal kiye baghair kafiyat nahi karegi
