Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering the Friday sermon when Hazrat Salik Ghufani (may Allah be pleased with him) arrived. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him, "Pray two short rak'ahs."
حضرت جابر فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جمعہ کا خطبہ دے رہے تھے کہ حضرت سلیک غطفانی حاضر ہوئے، نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے فرمایا کہ دو مختصر رکعتیں پڑھ لو۔
Hazrat Jaber farmate hain ke ek martaba Nabi Pak (SAW) juma ka khutba de rahe the ke Hazrat Salik Ghaffani hazir hue, Nabi Pak (SAW) ne un se farmaya ke do mukhtasir rakaten parh lo.
Hazrat Ata says that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering a sermon to the people and he said, "Sit down." Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood was at the door. When he heard this, he sat down there. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him, "O Abdullah! Come inside."
حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) لوگوں کو خطبہ دے رہے تھے کہ آپ نے فرمایا بیٹھ جاؤ۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود دروازے پر تھے انھوں نے یہ بات سنی تو وہیں بیٹھ گئے۔ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے فرمایا کہ اے عبداللہ ! اندر آجاؤ۔
Hazrat Ata farmate hain keh Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) logon ko khutba de rahe thay keh aap ne farmaya baith jao. Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood darwaze par thay unhon ne yeh baat suni tou wahin baith gaye. Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un se farmaya keh aye Abdullah! andar aa jao.
Hazrat Qais narrates that my father went to the mosque while the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering a sermon. He stood in the sun in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to move to the shade, so he moved to the shade.
حضرت قیس فرماتے ہیں کہ میرے والد مسجد میں حاضر ہوئے اس وقت نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خطبہ دے رہے تھے۔ وہ حضور (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامنے دھوپ میں کھڑے ہوگئے۔ نبی پاک (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں سائے میں جانے کا حکم دیا تو آپ سائے میں ہوگئے۔
Hazrat Qais farmate hain keh mere walid masjid mein hazir hue us waqt Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) khutba de rahe the. Woh Huzoor (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke samne dhoop mein kharay hogaye. Nabi Pak (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne unhen saye mein jane ka hukum diya to aap saye mein hogaye.
Hazrat Amr says that it was the practice of the predecessors that they used to greet the Imam while he was on the pulpit and the Imam used to respond to their greetings.
حضرت عامر فرماتے ہیں کہ اسلاف کا معمول یہ تھا کہ امام کو منبر پر سلام کیا کرتے تھے اور امام ان کے سلام کا جواب دیا کرتا تھا۔
Hazrat Amir farmate hain ke aslaf ka mamol ye tha ke imam ko mimbar par salam kiya karte thay aur imam unke salam ka jawab diya karta tha.
