Muhir bin Abi Hurairah narrated that I observed a fast during a journey in the month of Ramadan, so Hazrat Abu Hurairah said to me that when you reach your area, observe this fast again.
حضرت محرر بن ابی ہریرہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے دورانِ سفر رمضان کا روزہ رکھا تو حضرت ابوہریرہ نے مجھ سے فرمایا کہ اپنے علاقے میں پہنچ کر یہ روزہ دوبارہ رکھو۔
Hazrat Muharrir bin Abi Hurairah kehte hain ke maine dauran e safar Ramzan ka roza rakha to Hazrat Abu Hurairah ne mujh se farmaya ke apne ilaqe mein pahunch kar yeh roza dobara rakho.
Hazrat Abu Fayz says that we were in a battle and a man was our leader. He said that whoever wants to fast should fast and whoever does not want to fast should not fast. Abu Fayz says that I met a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I asked him about this, then he said that if I fast and then fast, I have not made up for it.
حضرت ابو فیض فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم ایک غزوہ میں تھے اور ایک صاحب ہمارے امیر تھے۔ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ جو چاہے روزہ رکھے اور جو چاہے روزہ نہ رکھے۔ ابو فیض کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک صحابی حضرت ابو قرصافہ کو ملا اور میں نے ان سے اس بارے میں سوال کیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ اگر میں روزہ رکھوں اور پھر روزہ رکھوں تو میں نے قضاء نہیں کی۔
Hazrat Abu Faiz farmate hain keh hum aik gazwa mein thay aur aik sahib humare ameer thay. Unhon ne farmaya keh jo chahe roza rakhe aur jo chahe roza na rakhe. Abu Faiz kehte hain keh mein aik sahabi Hazrat Abu Qirsafa ko mila aur maine un se is bare mein sawal kiya to unhon ne farmaya keh agar mein roza rakhon aur phir roza rakhon to maine qaza nahi ki.
