Who said that charity is not permissible for the descendants of Hashim

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10705
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) received a date, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If it were not for charity, I would have definitely eaten from it.
حضرت انس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور کرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو ایک کھجور ملی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر یہ صدقہ کی نہ ہوتی تو میں اس میں سے ضرور تناول کرتا۔
Hazrat Anas se marvi hai keh Huzoor Karam (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko aik khajoor mili to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Agar yeh sadqah ki na hoti to main is mein se zaroor tanaool karta.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَجَدَ تَمْرَةً ، فَقَالَ : « لَوْلَا أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ لَأَكَلْتُهَا »
