كِتَابُ الزَّكَاةِ Who said that charity is not permissible for the descendants of Hashim
مَنْ قَالَ لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ عَلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10706
Hazrat Akrama (R.A) said that charity for Banu Hashim and slaves is not permissible.
حضرت عکرمہ فرماتے ہیں کہ بنو ہاشم اور غلاموں کیلئے صدقہ حلال نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Akrama farmate hain keh Banu Hashim aur ghulamon ke liye sadqa halal nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، قَالَ : « لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِبَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، وَلَا لِمَوَالِيهِمْ »
