كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding the emancipation of a slave who is promised freedom after the master’s death, in expiations
فِي عِتْقِ الْمُدَبَّرِ فِي الْكَفَّارَاتِ

Prophet Ibrahim said the inheritance of bondwomen is not sufficient (not fair).
حضرت ابراہیم فرماتے ہیں مدبرہ باندی کافی (جائز) نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Ibrahim farmate hain mudabbira bandi kafi (jaiz) nahin hai.
حَفْصٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ مُهَاجِرِ بْنِ مِسْمَارٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : « أَمَّا الْمُدَبَّرَةُ فَلَا تُجْزِئُ »
