كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding the emancipation of a slave who is promised freedom after the master’s death, in expiations
فِي عِتْقِ الْمُدَبَّرِ فِي الْكَفَّارَاتِ

Hazrat Shabi said that freeing a cunning slave is not enough.
حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں مدبر غلام آزاد کرنا کافی نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Shaabi farmate hain mudabbar ghulam azad karna kaafi nahin hai
وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : « لَا يُجْزِئُ الْمُدَبَّرُ »
