كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding a man saying: I swore but did not swear
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ: حَلَفْتُ وَلَمْ يَحْلِفْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12298
Hazrat Hassan states that if someone says 'I swear on myself' and then breaks the oath, then there is an expiation for it.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ جب کوئی شخص کہے مجھے پر یمین ہے پھر حانث ہوجائے تو اس پر کفارہ ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh jab koi shakhs kahe mujhe par yameen hai phir hanis hojae to us par kaffara hai
أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَالَ : عَلَيَّ يَمِينٌ ، ثُمَّ حَنِثَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ "
