كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Who said an oath is a binding oath that requires expiation
مَنْ قَالَ الْقَسَمُ يَمِينٌ يُكَفَّرُ

The master says that the oath is an oath.
حضرت حکم فرماتے ہیں کہ قسم یمین ہے۔
Hazrat hukm farmaty hain keh qasam yameen hai.
يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : « الْقَسَمُ يَمِينٌ »
