١١-
كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Who said an oath is not binding until he says: By Allah
مَنْ قَالَ لَا يَكُونُ الْقَسَمُ يَمِينًا حَتَّى يَقُولَ: بِاللَّهِ

Hazrat Zuhri says that when a person says "I swear" or "I bear witness" or "I take an oath", it is not considered a valid oath unless it is taken with the name of Allah.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ جب کوئی شخص یوں کہے میں قسم کھاتا ہوں یا میں گواہی دیتا ہوں یا میں حلف اٹھاتا ہوں تو جب تک اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ نہ ہو وہ یمین نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Zuhri farmate hain keh jab koi shakhs yun kahe mein qasam khata hun ya mein gawahi deta hun ya mein halaf uthata hun to jab tak Allah ke naam ke sath na ho woh yameen nahin hai
عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ : أَقْسَمْتُ ، أَوْ أَشْهَدُ ، وَأَحْلِفُ ، فَلَيْسَ بِيَمِينٍ حَتَّى يَقُولَ : بِاللَّهِ "
